Refund Policy

Effective June 18, 2026

This policy explains when Saidly subscriptions can be refunded and how to ask for a refund. It works together with our Terms of Use, which control if there is any conflict.

The short version

  • Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can try Saidly before you are ever charged.
  • You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
  • Saidly is sold and refunded by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge, under Paddle's Refund Policy.
  • Your statutory consumer rights always apply, and nothing here limits them.

1. Try it free first

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and we do not ask for a card to begin. This is your chance to decide whether Saidly is right for you. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, by yourself, from your account settings, using the same process you used to subscribe. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

3. How refunds work

Saidly is sold to you by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and the seller for your purchase. Refunds are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy. You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge, and Paddle reviews each request. Where the law gives you a statutory refund or withdrawal right, such as the 14-day right to withdraw for consumers in the EEA and UK, that right applies in full.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, and the amount includes any tax that was charged. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of approval. How quickly the credit appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to request a refund

You can request a refund through the receipt or manage-subscription link in the email Paddle sent you, at paddle.net, or by emailing support@saidly.ai and we will help. Please include the date of the charge and any order or receipt reference from your Paddle email.

6. Before you file a chargeback

If you think a charge is wrong or you want a refund, please contact us at support@saidly.ai or Paddle first. Most issues are resolved faster directly than through a bank dispute. This does not waive any rights you have under your card network's rules or applicable law.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your home country. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract; as explained in our Terms of Use, by starting your subscription or trial you ask us to begin the service during that period and acknowledge the limits on withdrawal once it has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Where local law gives you a stronger refund right than this policy, that law applies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the effective date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
