AI sentiment & visibility monitoring

Know exactly what AI says about you.

Every day, people ask Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok about brands, products and people. Saidly tracks what they answer, and how it changes.

What makes Saidly different

We don't just read the AI's memory. Saidly asks the models with live web search on, the same way real people do, keeps the sources they cite, and can put that next to what the model believes on its own so you see the gap.

The new front page

When someone researches you, they ask AI first.

Search used to be the front door. Now a model answers in one paragraph, and you never see it. That paragraph affects deals, hires, press and trust. Saidly is how you read it.

The numbers back it up: traffic to US retailers from AI assistants grew 1,200% in a year, and 39% of consumers have used AI to shop, most of them to research products (Adobe Analytics, 2025). Gartner expects search volume to fall 25% by 2026.

First stop

More buyers, candidates and reporters open an AI assistant before they open a search engine.

Invisible

Unlike reviews or press, AI answers leave no trail, so you never see what was said.

Weekly drift

Models update constantly. A wrong or stale claim can spread for months unnoticed.

In the news

A prank fooled AI search into reporting fake news.

The same trick works on your brand, and it takes about 13 words. See how AI poisoning happens, and how to catch it before a customer does.

How it works

Set it once. Read it every week.

STEP 01

Tell us who to watch

Add a company, product, person, campaign or topic, plus the questions your audience actually asks.

STEP 02

We ask the models

Saidly queries the major AI assistants on a schedule, then scores every answer for sentiment, accuracy and sources.

STEP 03

You get the report

A clear brief on your schedule, or on-demand, with what changed, verbatim quotes, and what to do about it.

Per-model breakdown

See how each model describes you, in its own words.

We won't hide the models behind one average. Saidly shows you each model side by side, with the exact language it uses.

  • Verbatim quotes

The actual sentences a model returns, not a paraphrase.

  • Sentiment + accuracy scoring

Positive, neutral or negative, plus a flag when a claim is factually off.

  • Theme extraction

The recurring topics models associate with you: strengths and sore spots.

ClaudePositive · 78

"Atlas is widely regarded as a reliable choice for mid-market teams, frequently praised for responsive support and a clean onboarding experience."

GeminiNeutral · 61

"Atlas competes with Northstar and Vela. Reviews are generally favorable, though some note the mobile app lags the web product."

Trend & sources

Watch sentiment move, and learn where it comes from.

Every answer is traced back to the pages models cite, so you know which sources are behind the story and which to go fix.

  • Trend over time

  • Cited sources

Recommendations

Every finding comes with a next step.

Each report ends with concrete moves: correct the misinformation models repeat, and give them better material to cite.

High

Correct the "clunky mobile app" claim

Cited by Grok and Gemini, traced to an outdated 2023 Reddit thread. Suggested: publish a changelog post and seed updated reviews.

Med

Reinforce the support story

Claude and ChatGPT both highlight support, so lean into it with a case study models can cite.

Med

Clarify pricing positioning

ChatGPT calls pricing "higher than competitors." Add a clear value page.

Questions, answered.

How does Saidly know what AI "says"?+

We run a curated set of questions, the ones your audience actually asks, against the major AI assistants on a schedule. Each response is captured, scored for sentiment and accuracy, and traced back to the sources the model cited.

What's the difference between Web search, Model-only, and Compare?+

Web search asks the models with live web access on, the way real people do, and keeps the sources they cite. Model-only turns the web off and shows what the model believes from its training alone. Compare runs both and shows the gap. Web search is on every plan; Model-only and Compare are on Pro and Business.

How often are reports generated?+

Monthly, weekly, or daily depending on your plan, and every plan includes on-demand reports, useful right before a launch, a raise, or a press moment.

What can I track?+

A company, a product or brand, a person, an organization or non-profit, a political campaign, an industry topic, or a competitor set. One tracked entity equals one of these.

Do you really not need a credit card?+

Correct. The 30-day trial starts with just an email. We only ask for payment if you choose to continue.

Which models are covered?+

Saidly reports on the four AI assistants people actually use to look things up: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok. Each report shows exactly which models answered.

Do you offer custom or enterprise pricing?+

Yes. For agencies, larger teams, or anyone who needs more topics, seats, and recipients than Business, a faster cadence, or invoicing, we offer custom Enterprise plans. Use the Contact sales button on the pricing page or email support@saidly.ai.
